you can find a lenders that do a 100% LTV helocs. Try elements financial, signature financial, penfed. I put the exact below in google for my area. You can modify to include your parameters. you can use the county instead of the city etc.

go on the banks portals and send them a message. They will respond on next steps and what is needed for removal.

Hi Sean, I’m not sure where you are with this but I found it helpful to go to the Airbnb app itself put in your location (hit skip for any options) and reach out to the hosts directly with questions.Do so with hosts that are newer but have some experience which would be hosts with 50-90 reviews. Hosts with hundreds may be grandfathered into old rules. Hope this helps!
