@Antonio Cucciniello I have a range of what I’d like to use for a down payment but I’m doing whatever property the number works best on within my range.

Hello everybody,

I'm beginning to build my team to start investing. I wanted to hear if you had any recommendations for the following positions so to say:

Mortgage Broker/Loan Officer

Real Estate Attorney

Escrow Officer/ Title Rep

Accountant

Insurance Agent

Contractor

Investment Realtor

Property Manager

Any help on any of these would be wonderful. Keep in mind I'm investing in the Green Bay Wisconsin area. Thanks again for your time. Hope everyone is having a great 2021!

Calling flippers in the Eau claire/Menomonie area. Just looking for someone local, I currently attend UW-Stout, I’d like to learn from people in this market (how you finance, how you started) as I will be moving back to the Green Bay Area so I won’t be competing for deals near you.

Post: Thoughts in multiple licenses?

I’ll try to keep this brief, I’m just starting out and currently obtaining my real estate license. My thoughts are that it will give me a solid job that I can learn about my market and other aspects of real estate while I save up for a down payment. After I obtain that license I thought I should acquire a license to be a home inspector or appraiser. To further my qualifications and increase my knowledge on determining the value of a property. Any other skills worth while? Or any I should drop? Real estate and home inspector only take a few weeks so I thought why not.

@Daniel J Lopez I just started taking my course, through The CE shop online, so far it’s pretty helpful they have videos and different interactive activities that make learning it very easy. From what I here though most of the stuff you need to know on the real estate test is very situational and you probably won’t need it. Also after obtaining your license it’s best to work with a brokerage so a senior agent can assist in your learning.

@Benjamin Munkelwitz You’re at Stout too? What year? Maybe we could connect and talk more about it.
