I have a possible opportinity to buy a house or two in Mexico.

I'm an American living in California. I'm asked by the owner to help sale the house. I'm thinking of just wholesaling it to another investor here in the US.

Is that feasible?

Never make the earnest money payable to the wholesaler. You make it payable to the title company, holding company, or an attorney, to be paid to the wholesaler at closing.. If it doesn't close the earnest money refundable to the  buyer.

Good quote.  Thanks

FYI... Wholesaling is neither illegal nor unethical.

We help people save their credit, save face, and help the community by beautifying the neighborhood, at the same time.

There's no cost to them at all. Only peace-of-mind and relief.

We also help the unemployment rate in the communities by providing work hiring contractors, realtors, and other trade in the communities.

You really should contact me if you or anyone  else reading this wants to partner up with me. In helping as many communities throughout the US. WIN-WIN-SITUATION

I have many contacts to make things happen. We will share the profit, in writing.

Either way I hope you succeed in all your endeavors.
