I am in need of getting three bids on doing a rehab that I'm going to buy.

Let me know if you are one. Referrals, licensed with workman's comp needed, of course.

Please sent your information.

Thanks

Hi Tyrel,

We're looking for buyers in that area for a resort.

How can we help and us at the same time?

good research . but there are certain areas near beachfronts which has been declared by government as tourism free where foreigners can buy without any hassle and build. foreigners can't buy in residential or town boundaries . free to do so in areas that have been declared to Increase investor confidence.

Sure you can ask why Fiji.

I'm an American born and raised here.

I love America as I'm guessing you do.

I was asked by a man who saw my post on FB (Facebook) about if I have any buyers that might want to buy properties in Fiji.

of course all money that I make there would be spent in the USA.

I wouldn't mind taking a vacation there a few times.

I'm still interested in having information on buying and selling land in Fiji.

Thanks everybody for your help.

i have a couple of people (brother and sister) receiving an inheritance and wanting a cash advance.

Around $60,000 to $70,000 EA.

They are paying me to help get the advance.

Any advice?

Thank you very much. Al Smith.

I have been to TJ many times. It's definitely not a place I would like to live.

Looks like I have to do a lot of research. To find a reliable, honest broker. Throughout the United States, much less. San Diego.

The owner of the property is a friend of a friend of mine.
