Can I assign a contract if it is already listed with a realtor? Some Real Estate state contacts don't allow assignments. How do I wholesale if it is listed with a realtor? Do I have to close on it and re-sell it? How about doing in PA? Anybody know the PA laws when it comes to assignments?

Does anybody Know anything about Jerry Norton "Power Fliper 3x" system? Has anybody ever received the 10k that Jerry says he will give for a deal? Does he really supply proof of funds etc..
