Hey George, the Milwaukee market has many positive aspects to it; however, it is essential that you have great boots on the ground if you would like to set up shop here.

PM me and I can get you a list of lenders! I have one guy in particular that I think would be able to help A LOT with his loan programs!

On one of the podcasts, the guest said something along the lines of "if you're an investor just invest. If you're an agent be an agent." As a licensed realtor I can tell you, it's worth hiring one. When you get your license you are bound by it in a lot of ways. If you don't have any intention of being an agent for anyone else, it would be hard to really justify it.
