@Constantia Petrou this November/ December has been very slow in many industries. I think it’s just timing and you should hold tight. I don’t think it’s just me but I’ve seen prices soften in the last month. Just stick to your guns and wait it out.

I want to refinance my duplex within the next 6-12 months but I’m wondering if the appraiser will have a problem with non-permitted work done in the garage. I know the non-permitted work won’t count towards added value but will it take away or will it jeopardize the refi? I think many oeople have had dIfferent experience wIth this Thanks
