I've been using them now for almost 2 years and the platform is great. It monitor 4 doors. The background and credit check are great for quick tenant vetting, maintenance requests work fine. Contacted them about an automated tenant move in. Its odd to have to print then upload a document when they could just create an online check list.

Currently own an STR in Indy. The str is 15 mins from a major concert venue and sport complex, so we've been booked every weekend. Indianapolis is known as the convention capitol, so great opportunities for STR hosts

I invest in indy I have a great landscaper that turns into snow removal in the winter. The snow removal is the tenants responsibility but I also have an airbnb that needs cleaning during winter months.

I use Hemlane. ACH only. No cash, checks or money orders

@Jill Addison How did it all turn out. I closed on my duplex via a small local bank. I am working on my second deal along with looking at larger apartments

I currently have a property under contract (closing 6/18). I now see another property that looks promising can I start another loan while closing on another. How does that work exactly
