@Adam Harward I have recently started my investment journey by purchasing a SFH in Akron last year. I am currently learning the different areas in NEO (those within @James Wise area grading guide. Great article btw) and will be looking at purhcasing a couple properties this year. You can get a ton of recommendations on BP for creating a team but message me if any additional information is needed.

Hey Lawrence. I am also a new investor in the Cleveland area looking to build a superstar team. I just bought my first property last year and is looking to get a couple MF this year. Let me know if you get any great recommendations and I will also share the references I have recieved so far.

@James Wise. This is a very valuable directional resource in considering various NEO areas in which to potentially invest. I have reviewed it before since many have recommended it in BP. Any further knowledge you can share is appreciated as well.

I would like to get recommedations from you experienced BP investors for a great Investor Friendly Real Estate Agent that knows the NEO Area EXTREMELY well. I am interested in purchasing a Multifamily (perferrably 6bd 2ba, secondary 4bd 2ba) in an "up and coming" area. I know the my criterior is not narrowly defined but I'm a new to REI and open to considering MF in different areas.

I am new to Real Estate with my first purchase in Akron. I recently got it ready and had it listed for about a week looking for a great tentant. I am interested in purchasing a distressed duplex or triplex yearly next year 2018 and also interested in emerging areas which is not as expensive as Lakewood. I live in Elyria so driving to areas of interest is easy. Let me know if there is someone that has extensive experience in the Cleveland area which I can connect.

Hello Bp community. This is my first post. I recently bought my first rental property in Akron Ohio and is in need of insurance for the property. Can anyone suggest a insurance provider that provides coverage at a resonable rate? I appreciate any information you all may have.
