Hey all!

I’m looking for referrals on property management companies in Cleveland area (current property is in Cleveland Heights).

Thank you all for the help!

Quote from @Sanat Bhandari:

@Niv Nissim You can utilize foreign national loans to leverage up to 65% (most lending guidelines) for purchasing real estate.

These loans don't require a US credit score but come with a relatively high downpayment requirement to mitigate the risk of lending to non-US persons

Yes, you can use subject-to to purchase property as long as you have a competent attorney and are somewhat familiar with US system and property laws here

Hi Sanat thanks for the response!

What lenders are you talking about? So far I’ve heard that most of the banks won’t give loans to foreign nationals..

And about the subject too- doesn’t it matter which bank gave the original loan? The bank won’t make problems for the seller to sell the property to foreign nationals?

Hey all!

I’m an out of country investor..

Never lived in the U.S and don’t have any credit score..

As part of thinking about new ways I can purchase some more properties, I’m trying to figure out my financing options..

Other than hard money / private money lenders / seller financing, does anyone know what options I’ve got?

For example can I use “subject to”?

Any information will be appreciated (as well as information about sources that I can learn from about that topic)..

Thank you!

Thanks for the informative response.

You’re assumption that I’m looking for a GC to do a free work for me is wrong.

If the GC is reputable and have strong recommendations I’d don’t see why I won’t use his services with paying.

I hope to find someone just like that :)
