Help with financing knowledge for foreign national investor

Hey all!

I’m an out of country investor..

Never lived in the U.S and don’t have any credit score..

As part of thinking about new ways I can purchase some more properties, I’m trying to figure out my financing options..

Other than hard money / private money lenders / seller financing, does anyone know what options I’ve got?

For example can I use “subject to”?

Any information will be appreciated (as well as information about sources that I can learn from about that topic)..
