I am a New Agent and need help setting goals for myself. I need a new pool of clients and looking to expand my business to the next level. I need new ideas on doing this and would like some help.

What are ways I can get more listings?

(One example I have is sending post cards to some small neighborhoods every so week)

What are ways I can get more buyers?

(Example would be holding open houses on all listings and getting the lone buyers and becoming their buyers agent)

I’m trying to get started with real estate and have been going back and forth. I want to get my feet wet and flip and house to get hands on experience but I’ve heard getting your license would help me find better deals.

Is it worth getting your license if you want to start your portfolio and foundation on flipping houses?
