Hi Everyone. I am trying to find the foreclosure list, pre-foreclosure list or notice of default list in Harris county/ Houston. 

I have check the county clerk website but haven't been able to find it anywhere free. I believe it should be public information but haven't been able to find it yet besides the paid sites.

Any information would be helpful!

I want to pull the trigger on my first rental property.

Here are the numbers:

PP is 99k and turn key. The rent rates are cautiously 1200/month

The tenant will pay utilities and rental insurance I'm estimating is 100 a month.

The taxes are 2k/yearly.

I will be managing this property myself.

I don't have a problem finding the information, its the time it takes. I heard some people have built code that automatically pulls it based on the county. Looking for ways to pull the information quicker

Hi Everyone!

I'm putting together lists of houses to send yellow letters to but pulling the data manually takes forever. Is there a script or bot that can atomically pull this information for me? I've used lists from websites like list source before, that gives this information already, but I've had more luck putting together my own lists. 

If anyone knows how to pull the owner names and mailing address quicker, I'd be forever grateful !

I'm putting together a mailing list for my next campaign. I'm focusing on bankruptcies but not sure where to a list or how to put together the list myself. Is there a website that has a list of recent bankruptcy homes or how would I go about finding that?
