It was the at the beginning stages, the seller agreement between myself and the realtor about terms of the contract. It’s for $500... he is trying to say he spent time and money on marketing and I am like you haven’t even visited the property or taken pictures. And I haven’t asked you to market. All lies of course just wants the money.

Hello, I signed a seller agreement with a realtor thinking I was listing my property. But due to personal reasons I changed my mind about selling my property. Now the realtor wants money claiming he spent time when the house was never listed or visited by the realtor. Can he sue me for the money? Thanks
