When doing Airbnb, which one is your opinion is better, houses  or apartments?

Thanks for your help :)

So what exactly is a investment property?

Oh wow , very informational . If seems like everyone is trying to do it and they make it look easy. So is that what “investment properties” are ? Are just whole sale?

I am new to the real estate business and had a question I hope can get answered. How exactly does whole sale work?

@Niecyy Louis, altho this is a great concept, in some states, counties, and with some property managers, there are laws and rules against STR. Just to be clear, I am not entirely sure what the state or county regulation is, but I would do my research.

In the fashion that you are looking to do an STR, you must make sure that,

1. The city and county allow you to rent out the unit you are personally RENTING and don't own outright.

2. Even if the county and state allow this, the landlord might not.

I would recommend speaking to an agent in the area. They can give you more information on the restrictions in your area.

Thank you so much for the information. I’m in Orlando Fl and they are very popular in this area. The only hard thing is finding landlords that will allow you to airbnb their property

@Niecyy Louis understand. Do you tell people when you rent that you will be subleasing short term? Not sure some people/companies will allow this??

I haven’t rent any yet,

@Nicolas Nuvan yes but not right now. I want to rent some properties and use them to rent for business professionals. When i look on Airbnb i see alot of people using apartments in the area I'm wanting to start my STR without buying
