Hi. I am looking to sell my SFR in So Cal with seller financing. It is a house that is livable but has issues that would need to be handled. It is on a double lot and could have an addition. The area has nice values so it would be worth added sq ft to it. Is this something a developer would be interested in? A flipper? or just go through the usual real estate agent to find a buyer? Thanks, Nicole

Who did you end up going with in Prescott and how is that working for you, if you still have a property there.

@Paul Glaves

How is it going with Rent Right now in 2022? It seems their pricing is higher than the rest around but if they do keep them filled, then its worth it in the end. Just checking to see if you are still happy with them now a couple of yrs later or if you have switched all your propertys to vacation rentals now.

@Mike Reynolds Thanks. I am checking into the pricing now. I did buy  5 of my houses with ceramic or porcelain tiles already in. They are the easiest for turn around and pets. Good reminder! Haha. Have you had any issues with chipping or cracking and having to replace/match later?

@JD Martin;  @Wyatt Franta

Thanks so much! It looks like staying 12 mil for wear layer or higher is the best from a couple others I have spoken to as well. It looks like I can come into some RevWood Plus that apparantly has a better locking, waterproof and scratch proof surface that looks like wood and is a laminate at a good price out here. Checking out the prices today.
