Hi. I know this thread is old, but any word on Bartlett? We are under agreement there. I saw select board minutes from 2019 where they were talking about fire codes but then couldn’t find anything else since. Any additional info would be great.

Just recently shied away from a possible STR in Conway after reading all of the news re: STR regulations/lawsuits/cease and desist citations. Yikes. Any recommendations on the best surrounding towns for STRs? Looking for a second home that we can rent to off set our costs. Bartlett seems ok regulation-wise but supply is slim. Any guidance would be great. Willing to look as far north as Jackson. Thanks!
