Hi San Diego crew, I am brand new to BP; I am an investor and agent specializing in multi-family real estate. I would like to meet up and hear what other REI deals north county investors have going. I am located in Encinitas and am currently on my 5th REI project, all SFR. I have done 2 live-in flips and two projects where I buy, renovate, hold 2 years and sell. My current project is a house hack and my most interesting deal to date. I added a 1000sq ft ADU to my 4br2ba Encinitas home. The new laws for ADUs allow for great opportunity to house hack and cash flow in neighborhoods that would be otherwise priced out.
