I'm keeping the property after a divorce. I can't sell the house at this point, so I was thinking about renting.

I was considering buying more property if this works out.

Hello!

I'm interested to rent out my property. I was considering section 8, but not sure if that is such a great idea. Friends and family advice me not to do it. But they are not professionals.

Any tips, tricks or advice that anyone can give me is appreciated.

My property is located in Baltimore, Lakeland.
