I was wondering if anyone has a wholesaler purchase contract for use in Illinois that an attorney approved. I have one from my attorney but wanted to compare different ones to see if I should add/withdrawal any contingencies. I'd rather be safe now then find out later when in the middle of a deal. Thanks!

@Guy Gimenez @Jeff Rabinowitz Okay that makes sense. Now what about if you are doing your due diligence on a possible property and you want to run a title search to make sure it come back clean? Thanks for your help!

As a wholesaler, what fees should I be aware of when going in on a deal? I know there will be marketing fees but I am asking about Title search fees, closing cost etc. Thanks!
