Hi All,

Looking for a good/cheap site to manufacture postcards for use with USPS Every Door Direct Mail. I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area, but I'm sure location isn't a factor. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Cheers,

Nick

@Patrick McCandless Sounds great. I believe personal contact info gets blocked on blog posts, but my info is in my profile.

Nicholas, I'm also from the Bay Area and thinking about investing in turnkey properties in different markets. It willl definitely be easier for finding find cheaper, cash flowing properties. However, our area is great for buy and hold investments that will turn into a nice nest egg in retirement. If you ever want to take a peek at anything local, get in touch!

I will definitely be utilizing an FHA loan to begin. Nice to hear reinforcing encouragement on just jumping in despite the frightening market. Looking to utilize the Bay Area market for buy and hold and search elsewhere for further cash flowing properties

If you are getting value from attending REI meetings, that counts much more than any endorsement IMO. I'm new here but have already attended two meetings for two different local REI groups and found them both extremely valuable. I have no idea if they are affiliated with REIA or not.

That's what I thought. Just a formality. Thanks, Jeff!

Thank you

The Meetup groups I am a part of so far include:

Bay Area Real Estate Investment Club, Bay Area Real Estate Investment Group, Bay Area Real Estate Moguls, Diversified Investment Clubs & East Bay Real Estate Investing Club. They are all listed on the Meetup app and most have weekly or monthly recurring meetings. All good stuff!

Hi guys,

As I'm becoming more involved in the real estate investing world, I've found many groups in the Bay Area on Meetup who's events I attend regularly. These groups have been very educational and great for networking, but I don't think any of them have affiliation to the Real Estate Investors Association.

Does anyone know of an official REIA group in the Bay Area? Does it even matter if it is officially a REIA as long as I'm seeing a good benefit from the meetings?

Thanks,

Nick

Hello all,

I'm a young Realtor in the San Francisco Bay Area who is interested in working with investors, and investing myself (Buy and Hold, Flipping, Syndication).  Excited to soak up as much as I can from BP and become a part of the community here!
