@Kim Meredith Hampton thank you for the feedback! Glad to hear there are other people trying to do the same thing. I know I listened to a podcast at some point of a gentleman doing the same thing but can't remember which podcast. I'll keep the form posted when I get more information on this subject as well. Glad you liked your AK trip! I would love a little of your weather right now.

Looking for any help/advice. There is a old 1968, 37 unit motel for sale in my town for 650k. The borough assessment is 736k and when it was appraised in 2003 it was 725k. It is still in operation but is in very poor condition. I would like to rehab it into affordable housing. Dose anyone know of any grants, funding, or amazing loan hacks to get into this building for low money or ways to recapture the initial money invested relatively quick. I know this is a fairly vague but any help is greatly appreciated!

Hey Robert, There is not currently a club in Fairbanks. There is one in Anchorage twice a month called the Real Estate Exchange (REX). Well worth the trip. I try to make it to one every month. I would really like to get one started here in Fairbanks.
