My name is Nick Williams. I am 20 years old and live in Fairbanks, Alaska with my wife and son. I'm currently employed at Kinross Fort Knox, but am formulating an exit strategy. I recently purchased a four-plex located in Fairbanks and occupy one of the units, renting out the remaining three. I have a well-versed background in residential construction and equipment operating. I'm interested in "fixing and flipping" properties. I'm new to real estate investing and am open to any advice and/or information about other people in my area with similar endeavors. I joined this site after reading a book I purchased from this site titled, The Book on Flipping Houses. I'm hoping that this site can provide me with beneficial resources and networking within Alaska.
