Specifics such as do you all setup an LLC between each other, simple partnership paperwork, etc. and if you go for funding is it easy to apply with 3 or 4 people on it ? That sort of stuff.

Richmond is a great market. I remember reading an article 7 years ago about how it was the next hot spot. I have plenty of friends who have lucked out down there.

Hey everyone, 

One of the questions I have been looking for answered to or Podcasts to watch is How to Setup the Business. 

I myself and 2-3 other guys are looking at jumping into this market. Each of us bring different things to the table but we don’t know the best way to setup the business for success. 

Is a multipartner LLC the best bet ?

How have you all done that ?

Hello, 

I am a newbie in the real estate empire. I currently live in Washington DC area (Alexandria) and have one rental property in the Richmond VA area.

I will be looking for insight from other investors on how to setup a business between multiple investors, as well as all others knowledge available.
