Hi all, I want to know what I could qualify for: $293 car rental $80 school loan $300 credit car payments (All of those paid by my company as I am self employed) $42,000 in salary + monthly owner dividends $27,000 in investments $30,000 saved for down payment How much of a loan should I expect?

Hi all!

I would like to get my real estate license so that I am better equipped for my OWN personal real estate investing. Should I take the broker exam or the salesperson exam to get my license? I am confused on that.

Also, what is the quickest way to take the prerequisite courses needed?
