Thanks guys. I'm still having a tough time figuring out where and what type of property to Buy. Are there any good coaches out there to help build a plan?

Thanks!

Thanks Jacob/Christopher;

I get what you are saying. I need help putting a plan together for financial freedom. Pm me if you can help. I've studied for years, and am still worried about how and where to invest. I over analyze too much. Shall I invest in a PM with properties out of town.... the BRRR strategy seems to be good. I'm starting with little capital. Need direction here. Thank you in advance!

Thanks Chris. How do you find deals with not much capital? Hard to find the 1% rule. Tips there?

Also, what markets are you looking in? I have some in mind and looking to duplexes in order to carry the property....

Great. Thank again Thomas! Yes, I was thinking of east of Toronto....407, airports, GO. I just don't want to worry about driving an hour and a half to two hours every time something goes wrong. Eats up a lot of time...guess I need to get some contractors in these areas locked down so I can have them on speed dial! Does anyone have any suggestions to east of Toronto, or Hamilton and south....thanks!

Hi Paige;

Thanks for this. I have been looking along most of the future lines, and coming close to the 1% rule, but not quite....areas are quite far, so I am thinking property management. Thoughts on this? Curious to know about how you first deal went and what you would've done differently. If I'm thinking an hour or two away, I feel property management is the best way to go.... I could be wrong! Thanks,

Figured. Trying to find the 1% rule is very difficult. This is why I get stuck on progress..... any further thoughts anyone....I understand the value in this thing called real estate investment. It seems the US and possibly other countries have deals that make all of these rules on BP actually work. Any advice for this newbie is appreciated! Thank you!
