I do not think the 64134 zip code is Raytown. 64134 is a KC zip code. The house may be just south of Raytown. However depending on who you talk to there is a difference. I'd also recommend looking at the school district too. There is a difference from Raytown schools and Kansas City schools. Raytown is more disireable.

I would recommend visit here though if you decide on KC because there are good pockets within bad areas and also quite a few  suburbs that would be great for investing.
