I love the area, I'm not to far from the Burke Gillman so have spent more than a few sunny days riding down it and enjoying the sun myself! I have a few friends that study at UW Bothell and it seems to be an awesome campus and keeps them out of traffic. I'ts cool to hear you're from the same area, I'll have to listen to your BP podcast too! 

Hi Everyone my name is Nick Jenkins. I've been a "silent" Bigger Pockets member for sometime now, love the site and all the information! My experience so far is as a realtor focusing on Lynnwood, Everett and Bothell Markets. I have gotten a lot of experience with REO's as a Real Estate Broker and for now its what I am committed to. While I haven't had the opportunity yet, Investing is what got me into real estate and I look forward to doing that in the near future.

I'm very excited to be a part of the community here on BP and I look forward to meeting new people and adding value in anyway possible!
