@Russell Brazil that is slightly faster than the way I did it smart idea. I changed 48 to 50 and 27 to 30 then subtracted 5.

@Jim K. For my self I change 48 to 50 then 27 to 30 and subtract 5.

@Alex Grosvenor that would be great. I'm realizing duplexes are hard to come by at a decent price. I am thinking maybe I need to change what I want or I will need to look somewhere else for a duplex. Hopeful we will speak soon.

@Brian Green the docu sign is a great program. It also allows you to digitale save a copy. Which is nice.
