Yes. I work full time as a realtor and I have rental property...singe family properties.

Damian also has rental properties so he has recommended different things regarding that. I’m not sure which tax benefits you are referring to but I tell him my goal is to pay the least amount of taxes...

I am looking for specific questions to ask landlords and employers when calling references for potential tenants. 

I am sure the basics are did they pay rent on time, take care of the place, what kind of worker are they...etc

What questions have you found to get you the information you need to make the best decision??
