Quote from @Paul Sandhu:

Had some guys from Louisiana move into a place this morning.  One guy had dreadlocks.  They went below the beltline of his pants.  I asked him how long it took to grow that long.  He said 12 years.

That's commitment. Maybe there is a lesson there..

Hi Bigger Pockets!

For realtors that buy leads-- what is your process? Do you cold call? Do you do some background discovery work? What has worked for you?

Full disclosure: I work in real estate tech and am trying to improve on existing lead qualification software.

Thanks! It's estateza.com . Currently, we provide search and do analytics like cap rate, c.o.c & roi. We're also building predictive lead generation for agents and brokers. Feel free to dm me, I'd love feedback for getting better fit with REI & agent use cases. Cheers.

Hi,

I'm Nick Gill, one of the co-founders of a prop-tech company focused on analytics and networking for RE agents, investors, brokers & buyers!

Currently we have a platform that does analytics on over 150m+ properties in the US.  We are growing fast and looking to expand our sites functionality and reach. We'd love to connect with others interested in real estate and are looking to form good relationships, connect others and get feedback.

Cheers!

Its hard to speculate about the market. But the lack of supply in single family seems to be a counter force to what the fed is trying to do. Good luck!

That's a start to help on the demand side of inflation.  Next, we need to get more materials, fuel, and workers for the supply side.

Already seeing lumber prices drop considerably. https://www.bloomberg.com/news...

This is encouraging but I wouldn't count on this longer term.  Will supply lines ever fully recover from the current bureaucratic/political encumbrances and what about oil?

Nice work! Reliable contractors are key but also reliable supply lines and prices. You have been pretty nervous. What was the timeline?

Quote from @Ezekiel Williams:

Hey!my name is Ezekiel and I’m looking to network with as many investors as possible, I currently live in port Charlotte Florida but I’m familiar with cape and Lehigh acres, formally living in those areas.

Feel free to connect. I'm a cofounder of a proptech company and we get many organic RE leads. We're also looking good feedback/suggestions on our product. Cheers!
