Contractors I would say would be the biggest key to flipping remotely. What markets are you looking too?

As far as who I know in Chicago sometimes depending on the numbers I can move multifamily easier that SFH. That would be buyers list dependent.

House hacking has become very popular too. Basically staying in a unit as you rent the others if its a multi.

You may run into issues with the city for renting rooms like that. Are you just thinking of the house hacking method?

Angies list has good handymen! We found one once on there for our property management company we had for awhile!

I believe there also is a large REIA meeting in KC not sure how far you are from there.

Call Energy Comfort Systems in Valparaiso, Indiana they do LED conversion for residential and commercial buildings I know the owner he could help! They operate in IN, IL, TN, MI, OH and WI I believe!

I believe REI black book may have something like this but I have not heard any success from it.
