LED Retrofit Kits Before Insulating Attic

I want to replace my recessed lighting with LED retrofit kits as part of the air sealing I'm doing before insulating my attic. I'm not sure what to look for with these. Are all of the brands going to provide an air seal? Anything I should know before I order 25 of these?
