@Shane Means

Good for you. I'd love to hear how your experience has been in vegas!

It looks like I will be managing 60 or so units in ogden soon. So keep in touch, I am sure there could be some opportunity to work together.

@Noel R. & @Shane Means & @Mike Gallagher

How's the search going Noel and Shane?

I was looking at few properties with my broker in ogden last week. The property manager showing us the property (30 unit) had a cast on. I asked him what happened and he got in a fight with a squatter in intercity Ogden who was trying to pull a knife on him!

Mike, I would love to hear your recommendations on the best areas in ogden as well!

I just started managing some properties in Avenues, rose park, west valley, and roy.

@Eamon Conheady & @Becca Summers

 Sorry for the late response. How did the move go Eamon?

Have you had some success here in Utah since the move?

I'd be curious to know if you guys are going to any meet ups or events that have been really helpful for you!

I used to work for a really successful and experienced broker who knows everything about land. I'd be happy to share his info if you are interested!

@Nathan Schiess

I just started managing some properties for a group and it was really shocking to see all the issues that were being ignored. I would be curious to hear your experience in the PM world and what you have seen/experienced. Feel free to send me a message or call me anytime.

@Terrell Garren

That's pretty funny!

@Account Closed

I like that you brought that up. I think it is very important to think about who and what you are becoming and what you want to stand for.

Successful businesses are the ones that determine from the start that they will act a certain way; usually with integrity, putting the customer first, acting socially responsible, etc etc.

I don't think those flippers are necessarily acting without integrity. But it is definitely important to think about the future and plan for it accordingly.

How is your investing going so far, Jessica?
