Currently looking to reach out to life insurance companies that offer loans for large multi-family properties. Any referrals would be greatly appreciated.

My brokerage is currently interviewing different PM companies in Houston in order to prepare for our acquisition phase of large Multi-family properties in the Houston market. Does anyone have positive experiences with any that they would recommend? Thank you in advance.

Currently preparing a PPM to raise about $1.8M of Preferred Equity on a Value add acquisition located in the highly sought after Montrose area of Downtown Houston. Minimum Investment $25,000.
