 I just want to understand the lay of the land And what areas to invest in for future growth.  Was looking to meet a property manager who could direct me and show me around town

I'm interested in purchasing SFH and duplex-four plexes in Huntsville, Alabama. I'm planning on going down there to check it out in a couple weeks. Any recommendations regarding property management or agent used to dealing with investors? Looking to build a team on the ground.

Yup I joined just seeing what other funs out there.  I contacted David Osborn's fund as well from PB.

Has anyone used real estate funds and if so what was your favorite? 

I'm talking to Origin and MLG right now.  I'm also a single family homes investor, but figured why not diversify a bit and try one out.

just met with them.  Can’t really understand a lot of what they are doing just yet.  I may stick with single multi family projects on crowdfunding.
