I am 18 and would love to begin investing in real estate, however, I am too young to get a credit card to use to build credit. Since I can't build credit I can't get a conventional loan from a bank. The only other option (that I am aware of) is private lending. I looked on Zillow and Bigger Pockets and can't seem to find a private lender in my area (Birmingham, AL). Is there any other options of lending out there? Thanks! You guys are awesome!

Hey guys, I was wondering about the steps to buying an investment property. does it go

1. Find property 2. Make sure its profitable 3. Contact seller 4. Have the property appraised 5. Negotiate 6. Find Funding (bank, private lender etc.) 7. Purchase?

Isn't there a step to make sure that the seller actually owns the home and can legally sell it to you?

Hey guys, so I am a little fuzzy on this whole wholesaling finders fee thing. How exactly does it work and can you really make money by finding deals for other people who invest in real estate? I appreciate it guys, all of you are awesome!

Hey guys, where do you find real estate agents to look on the MLS for you? Are they at banks or do they have their own building, and how much would they cost on average for an appointment? Thanks very much in advance. You all have an amazing day and better tomorrow!
