What town?

Get an estoppel signed by owner, tenant, and you.

Call around to your small local banks and FCUs, they will be your best bet over the national chains.

Post: How to find a broker for a pm company

So to make long story short, I'm looking to start a Property management company in PA. As with most states you need to work under a broker if you arent the broker. I'm a licensed sales person but dont qualify to take the broker exam due to not enough points yet.

With that said how would I go about finding a broker that would be interested in letting me start a pm company under them. Just email a bunch in my area with my intentions. Also the broker would be compensated in some form. Any ideas?

Good area, not sure you will be able to make much money though if financing it as prices are high.
