Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Kansas City.

Purchase price: $48,000
Cash invested: $12,000

2 bed 1 bath single family home

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I got interested in buy and hold properties from co-workers & BiggerPockets

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found it after a few hours on the market, scheduled a showing and submitted an offer immediately.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional Financing

How did you add value to the deal?

Did minor repairs to improve the homes appeal.

What was the outcome?

Currently rented at a great median rental price.

I am a realtor that helps people with investment properties. Buy & Hold, Fix & Flip, Etc., Etc.. Recommend JR Obrecht w/ Homestead Financial. He is licensed in IL, MO, and FL. He only deals in conventional types of financing such as conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, etc.. For creative financing, please visit your local bank.
