Anybody know if Marquette, Michigan is going to lift their STR rental cap anytime soon? The city is limiting STR's to 250 houses which has been used for a few years now. There is a wait list, which already has 270 people on the waitlist (per the city admin assistant).

Hello everybody,

I am a new real estate investor based out of Tucson, Arizona but will be moving back to the Midwest (Cleveland, Ohio) late 2024. I am a federal employee as my day job and intend to stay in real estate investing (BRRRR, and rental properties) as a way to cash flow.

I plan on purchasing my first BRRRR this year as part of my initial learning experience.

I became interested in real estate due to a close friend of mine who is a realtor, broker and lender. (David Armenta with Armenta Realty).

I am looking forward to learning a new skill and continue to grow as a man who would do anything for his family.
