@Roy Jenkins Question, I found some properties on MLS, what’s the best way to get a contract with the property owner? Contact the realtor and let them know? Or how?

@Paul Diaz Most people also start an LLC due to amounts you can use for deductions, supplies, miles etc

@Paul Diaz Don’t need one unless you’re willing to hire people to work for you.

@Jamel Scott In my state you can’t sell a property that owes a ton in taxes.
@Dan Barli I have a question, whenever someone signs a contract with me, what do I do after that? Take the contract to an title company? What do I do?
@Jerryll Noorden Did you do a double escrow so that the buyer wouldn’t see how much the property was originally selling for?
@Maha Ahmed What I did on my contracts is highlight what I do to benefit them AND explain to them that if a buyer doesnt appear In the 30 days, the contract will expire and they will be notified asap, if they want to extend the contract they may sign another one.
@Maha Ahmed Ok that’s good being honest since many new wholesalers don’t be honest and say they’re the ones buying the property, during the duration of the contract signed and if you didn’t find anyone, you can be sued.
