BP, we often reflect on the HOW, but it’s rare people openly reflect on the WHY?

So, why are you involved/looking to get involved in property ?

@Marisa Rowe you’re absolutely right, the Aus market has been very kind to those who bought in 2013 and sold at the right. However right now the opportunities are slim. Don’t get me wrong you can still jag a good investment. But we as a company think it’s time to look elsewhere at the moment. There are a lot of factors that go into all property cycles including Australia’s, and the confidence on the ground in Sydney isn’t high

@Sylvia B. Hi Sylvia, I just wanted to say I loved and agree with everything you said! Property investment isn’t about money for me, money is just the vehicle through which I can help other people!

@Jay Hinrichs thanks for the help mate, any contact info for peak I can’t seem to find them?

@Nasir El Ameer

Hi nasir, thanks for the reply, I will DM to explain in more depth.

Nic

@John Warren can I pick your brain why Texas is a concern long term? I’m interested in seeing what factors may influence long term prospects in the US market

@Jay Hinrichs I guess it’s also important to try and build relationships with people in areas you are investing and have some “boots on the ground” per say.

@John Warren yea I also prefer being close to assets I purchase, it’s a comfort thing for sure. I looked into Chicago as well. It seems there is a lot spending going on for job growth infrastructure etc.

@Jay Hinrichs I suppose it’s a good thing there are platforms such as BP that can help educate. I can understand the logic of Oz investors taking a risky approach to a 35k investment instead of a 700k investment they know won’t perform amazingly.

@Caleb Jordan wow that seems unreal. Do you have a list or know of a few HMLs that offer that?
