@Bob Stevens I guess my question would be how does one scale from up in my position ? Im looking at what I have available (asset/money) to see how I can use those things to produce higher cash return. Is it to sell the property or try to get a loan on it. Thank you for taking the time to discuss

Hey family,

I'm looking to scale up from a single-family home to a multi-family. I'm a little hesitant because I'm unsure of how to go about it and the risk. The house is in great condition and cashflows $400 a month. I thought about selling or barrowing against the property but not sure what to do at this point. Any insight would be helpful. Thank you!

Hello BP Family!

wondering what some of the platforms people are using to collect rent payment? Thank you!

@Joe Villeneuve that’s something we did think about that. (it would take us at least 10 years to hit $50k) been thinking of what could we do with $50k?? Thinking about teaming up with someone to invest in a short term rental in TN.

@Rodney Sums thank you for your input. I would definitely use that $50k and buy something that would produce a higher return. I have about $64k left on the loan We put down $10k and probably put in about $10k into the property over the last 5 years.

Hello BP Family!! I'm undecided on holding our rental property or selling it. We are moving out of state. If we hold onto it, we can cashflow about $450 a month & with the neighborhood doing a lot of changes & improvements. If we sell, we could make about $50k. Just seeing what others think. Thank you in advance.

Have a friend who is looking to sell his house in a great Great neighborhood in Cleveland Ohio (Ohio city). He does not want to go through a agent . Needs a lot of work. Any thoughts or suggestions on how to move forward?

@Mike Flora thanks for the input. Our current mortgage is $650 we are renting the house out for $1k. To sell it would only give us if lucky about $12-15k
