 Also anyone else wants to meet up, message me.  I get in at 6 pm Thursday.  I just retired from the Navy two months ago and do multifamily full time.  I'm the lead sponsor on two projects and have extensive experience with asset management, underwriting, and capital raising.   To connect with deal finders and other partners.  We just refi'd our 24 unit we bought 2 years ago into agency debt, and pulled out our initial capital plus another 100%.   This is why we love multifamily!   Looking forward to meeting you all there!

I have been a student of Jake and Gino's for over 2 years.  I came into the program with 24 units and not knowing much besides a few books and podcasts that we all know are free to very inexpensive.  At Jake and Gino, you can join a insta-ready group that is looking to attain the same goals you are.  So its education, coaching, and networking.  All in one spot.  What you really need is someone that you can bounce ideas of off whether its a coach or another member that is just a bit a ahead of you.  I for sure have saved myself a few 6 figure mistakes learning from others and sage wisdom from a coach.  Feel free to DM me or if you want to jump on a call would love to share my experience. 110% recommend!

I second @Gemma Bark and @Yosef Lee.  I use Synthesis analyzer https://www.themultifamilyanal... by Chris Jackson at Sharpline Equity. If you had in the past spend hours analyzing a deal only to realize that it did not work.  When you could have spent those hours underwriting other deals or writing up offers.  For me, Synthesis was the blend.  I can get a quick down and dirty and move on in 10 minutes if it's a pass or deep dive as much as you need if it reaches my threshold. Also, there are plenty of training videos to make you a pro. Look no further.  I have tried 1/2 a dozen other analyzers and this one was my goldilocks.  Not too complicated not too simple.  Just right.
