When is the best time to market to a bankruptcy lead?

Before or after "Meeting" date?

Before or after "Discharge" date?

Is there any benefit to marketing to Discharged bankruptcy leads?

Thanks everyone. I originally told him to take a week to think about it. Like I said if this happens again I'll be backing out. I'll keep you guys posted. Thanks again.

Hello BP,

Ok, so I signed a contract with the seller in hopes of wholesaling the deal to an end buyer. The same day the contract was signed seller calls and says he wants to wait on sale. What do you do? What should I do?

Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance..

I just put bandit signs out a week ago. 20 for a small test run, of the 20 I only got one back. to be honest I may or may not try again! a different area and definitely a higher quantity! they were home made so I'm not concerned about getting them back! Good Luck To You..

as long as it has the proper protections and content.. it's what you feel confident with! the far bar is just what title companies are use to seeing. they always say it's hard to mess up with a motivated seller. don't worry about getting things lined up. if it's a good deal team up with a experienced investor and do a 50/50 split to learn the ropes and pick their brains. the best things happen out of your comfort zone! best of luck.
