Hi Alaina,

Go to the NHREIA meetings, their next one is this Weds in Manchester, awesome group. Extract as much as you can from Bigger Pockets/their podcast, that's great. Take successful investors out to breakfast. I've bought a ton of homes pre-foreclosure and at auction, happy to be a resource on that stuff, plus we just launched Bid Pirate, which is the one place online for NH, where you can see all the upcoming foreclosure auctions in one spot - you can learn a lot from the regulars at the auctions........ get after it, sister! 👍🏡🚀😁💰😁

One thought if Scottsdale still owned the notes was, see if we can buy them at a discount and make a spread on re-selling them, but having seen that interview, you're probably correct that they had already sold them on anyways, keeping that spread themselves (which never got back to investors! 😳)......

Michael there may be opportunity either with the NH notes or the assets to which they are attached - do you want to explore me digging into this here in NH and potentially get you some of your funds back......?

Hi Michael! If you need any connections/boots-on-the- ground stuff doing in NH, happy to asist if appropriate. I can look into the assets the notes are attached to, to see if they're in decent shape or even exist if you like...... hope you're able to navigate through this dilemma! 👍😊

Thanks Jay, NV's a non-judicial state and I'll check out that site, does it include ALL the upcoming auctions and, more importantly, does their data reflect postponements and cancellations??

My state doesn't have a foreclosure auction calendar that shows ALL of the upcoming foreclosure auctions, that also reflects postponements (important) and cancellations. Is there one for your state and what state are you in? Auction.com has many, but not all of them *and they aren't up to date with postponements and cancellations, either!
