It is a cash offer and the seller doesn't have the survey. Is it a must to obtain the survey for the property in this case? If a survey will be done, who must pay for it? Seller or Buyer? Thanks!

Thanks Carlos for your comment. This does help. I just purchased a single home in Glen Abbey sub and hope I can rent it out very soon. I like the subdivision but not too familiar to this part of town.

Is it? I am currently living at 77386. But I couldn't find any one story, around 1800 sqft, 2005 and newer that is no more than $165K. Saw a bunch of great looking houses meet my criteria at 77373 but I am concerned how easy to rent it out. Thanks for your input Sauviz.

Hello,

I am a newbie in real estate investing and would like to get your feed backs. I am interesting to purchase a move-in ready home no more than $165K for investing in Sprring area. What zip codes should I focus into? I would like to purchase then get it rent out immediately. Thank you in advance for your feed backs.
