Thanks. We looked into it, the property is in the outer zone but not the smelting area. The soil has been tested and it's ok.

Thanks for the advice. Are you in the Pueblo market?

Hi Chris, what do you mean by superfund area? Thanks

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a reliable GC to convert partially finished basement into a unit. Any recommendations?

Thanks

@Kent Lord the goal at the moment is cash flow. We're using the BRRR method. We're adding value to it, rent it out, refinance to pull out equity for another acquisition while holding the property for a few years before selling it and most likely 1031 into a larger property.

Are you in the Pueblo market?

Just finished an inspection on a triplex, all looks good for the most part, but the bathrooms need updating, mainly all the tile. One of the units has floor to ceiling tile in the entire bathroom. Is there a way to take out the tile and safe the plasterboard, or would it be better just to gut it all and install new drywall and tiles around the shower?

Hi Guys,

New to BP and real estate investing. My hubby and I live in Castle Rock and so Pueblo is a perfect market for us right now. We're currently in the process of acquiring a triplex on Elm street and planning on rehabbing it, adding another unit in the basement.

We'd look to connect with local investors to get to know the neighborhoods better, get some advice on rehabbing and also talk about how Pueblo market is advancing.

TIA

Hi guys,

Joining the discussion a bit late. We're under contract for a triplex with unfinished basement and want to convert that to another unit. Would love recommendations for a rockstar contractor and property manager. At the moment we're planning on  using Remax  property management.

Thanks
