Hello - 

I'm looking to bid on a FSBO Norwood property. I believe I have a good sense of the comps, but looking for someone to run a slightly more official set. I'm not using an agent on this one, but will likely be purchasing more, and looking for an out-of-state friendly investor in the near future. Happy to pay a bit if needed.

Also, any recommendations on a solid inspector? Did a walkthrough of the home and it looks sound, but I really need a focus on the mechanicals and structural issues.

@Jacob Murphy - Thanks for the quick reply. One duplex is East of Montgomery, close to the Waterworks Park (south of the lateral). The second is West of Montgomery, close to the Cintas Center / Xavier. 

Any opinions about the Norwood market? I'm in town next week and will be looking at a few cashflowing deals in the area, with stable tenants, and in seemingly good shape. In particular, one is a $125k duplex with ~$23k GAR. Seems like a pretty solid deal -- am I missing something about the market out there??

Any events going on next week (March 21-27)? Will be in town visiting and looking at multis. Happy to connect with folks

Hi Cincinnati BPers - 

I'm based in the Boston area, but will be in Cincinnati the week of October 17-22 visiting family.
