Great advice, thanks! However would a 4x6 be ok to use vs. the 8x11 in your opinion. Asking because I can get 5000 4x6 cards for $135.

Quick question I've read a few times here on BP that its good to flyer a neighborhood as part of a marketing campaign. My question is why would I flyer an entire neighborhood, that sounds like a waste of flyers as not everyone in the neighborhood is looking to sell their home or is a motivated flyer. Also is flyer defined as the 4x6 flyer that is commonly used by businesses?

Thanks!!

Thanks everyone for your input. I think what I am going to do is get a magic jack number and have it forwarded to my cell #.

I'll keep putting out signs until the city calls me.

So this guy calls me and starts giving me grief about my bandit signs, he told me he turned me into county and that "I had better take the rest of my signs down". Is this cause for me to be worried? There are a ton of bandit signs around where I put my signs out, so I'm not sure why this guy is targeting me.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Gotcha, the more motivated the better chance of the deal being completed.

Thanks!
